Throw the Lexica Botania through first, it will add all the items that require the portal. Terrasteel Helmet is an armor item added by the Botania mod. The Bound Armor looks better imo, but I've had better luck enchanting the Terrasteel Armor. Twilight Highlands is another great place to pick up some Elementium Ore.
